Return Policy

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We’ll process it within 2–3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

You can cancel or pause your Mydos monthly subscription at any time.

How to Cancel
To cancel or pause your subscription:

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellations apply to future renewals.

  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

After You Cancel

  • If your subscription already renewed (or your order already processed) before your cancellation request came in, that renewal may still ship.

  • If that happens and you’re not satisfied, you can still request a refund under our Refund Policy (no return required) within 30 days of purchase.

Pauses and Changes
You may also request to pause, skip a month, or update your shipping address by contacting support@mydosperformance.com. Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal to take effect for the next shipment.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@mydosperformance.com and we’ll make it right.
